To mark this historical event the Brown County Historical Society will be having a special display at their New Ulm museum, and they will be having four live presentations concerning aspects of the war: February 16th, March 30th, April 20th, and May 11th.

Please click to see the attached flyer for details. All events are FREE and open to the public.

The Brown County Veterans Council will be sponsoring a motor coach to St. Paul for Veterans Day on the Hill now set for Monday, March 20th , 2017. There are only 56 seats available and this if for Veterans only. They will pick up in Springfield, Sleepy Eye, and New Ulm.

For those interested the Brown County Veteran’s Office is keeping a list of those who want to travel and you should contact them.  There will be meetings arranged with our Legislators and they even have a lunch stop planned for the Cracker Barrel in Lakeville on the way home.
